The Society of Real Estate Professionals (SOREP) is dedicated to serving Tampa Bay's commercial real estate community by hosting insightful events on relevant industry topics, valuable networking opportunities, and our signature "Meeting of the Minds". SOREP is also committed to supporting higher education in commercial real estate by sponsoring an annual scholarship fund that has awarded $217,500 since 2018!

APRIL 2022 SFR BREAKFAST

A distinguished panel representing investment, development, brokerage and law in the Build-to-Rent (BTR) and Single Family Residential space (SFR) provided an overview of this emerging asset class, moderated and sponsored by Advanced Engineering Consultants LLC.

Sponsored by the Bank of Tampa, a packed University Club listened in as Brian Bailey, senior economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, explained current and projected economic conditions while focusing on the nuances affecting commercial real estate professionals.

2022 SUMMER SOCIAL AT MERRYMAKERS

With over 130 guests in attendance, the 2022 Summer Social featured lively networking with an open bar and hors d'oeuvres supported by live entertainment from guitarist Forrest Hoffar. Both the annual Summer Social and Holiday Party are offered at a reduced price for active SOREP members.

SOREP is proud to partner with like-minded commercial real estate groups in Tampa Bay including AIA, ULI, REIC, CREW, and others. Members and guests networked over craft beers at Woven Water Brewery for this mixer.
