The SOREP Annual ScholarshipThe Society of Real Estate Professionals is pleased to offer annual scholarships to eligible full-time undergraduate or graduate level students who are pursuing a career in commercial real estate with the intent to work in Tampa Bay post graduation. While we are proud to partner with institutions such as University of Florida, Florida State University, University of South Florida, University of Tampa, University of Miami, University of Central Florida and Florida Gulf Coast University, our scholarship is open to all eligible students from any university. Case Competitions The Society of Real Estate Professionals also proudly partners with local universities to host, sponsor and judge case competitions. Case competitions provide students with invaluable real-world experience and the unique opportunity to interact directly with active developers. We are proud to bridge that gap by offering both the financial support and professional guidance these future leaders need to succeed. SOREP has partnered with The University of South Florida and The University of Tampa on this initiative. SOREP has awarded $265,000 in scholarships and awards since 2018! | The 2026 Scholarship Application is now open: The deadline to apply is May 4, 2026 |
We are currently accepting applications for the 2026 SOREP Scholarship with awards ranging from $1,000 - $5,000 per student. Please visit the link above and see below eligibility requirements.
