The Society of Real Estate Professionals invites you to a behind the scenes walking tour of Ybor’s premier new development: Aparium Hotel Group's 7th Ave Hotel. The $50M, 176-room hotel is planned for the 1400 block of E 7th Ave, and will include an interior courtyard with pool, a full service restaurant and balconies overlooking Ybor City.
The walking tour will begin at EWI Construction's office, followed by a tour of the hotel construction site, a look at full scale design mockups courtesy of Alfonso Architects, and will conclude with refreshments & light hors d’oeuvres at EWI Construction.
