As President of Colliers International Florida, Ryan Kratz oversees the Company’s Florida operations. He is responsible for a team of 140+ brokers, 30+ marketing coordinator brokerage assistants, as well as a large support team consisting of GIS/Research and Market Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Core Marketing personnel. The brokerage teams Ryan is responsible for comprise leasing (landlord and tenant representation) and sale specialists in the areas of Office, Medical, Retail, Industrial, Land, Investment Sales, Mortgage Banking, and specialty disciplines, such as Multi-Family, Student Housing, Hotels, and Seniors Housing.
Andy Boggini is a Principal of Optimal Outcomes, LLC, one of the most well-respected and influential healthcare facility developers in the Tampa Bay area. Over the past decade, Optimal Outcomes has developed over 1,000,000 square feet of medical space through over 100 projects that encompass almost every specialty and healthcare service offered in an outpatient setting. A graduate of Boston University, Andy has over 25 years of real estate investment, development and valuation experience related to a variety of facility and asset types, and is directly involved in the oversight of all healthcare development projects for Optimal Outcomes.
Carleton Compton is a Vice President of Brokerage Services at Equity LLC, specializing in corporate real estate services to the healthcare sector. Based in Equity’s Tampa office, Carleton is a proven agent in the Greater Tampa Bay market for all healthcare-related real estate services. His expertise spans regional and national markets, consulting on portfolio account management, lease administration, strategic market analysis, acquisitions and site selection.
Carleton has represented clients in over 20 states, and has completed nearly 182 sales/lease transactions. His clients include publicly traded companies, private equity firms, hospital systems, urgent care practices, dental groups, and numerous medical practices. Most recently, Carleton was awarded the “Real Estate Forum’s 40 under 45,” a national award for top producing agents.
Michael Seton is the President of Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT, Inc. and Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II, Inc. (collectively, “CVREIT”). He is also Co-Chief Executive Officer of Carter Validus Advisors, L.L.C. and Carter Validus Advisors II, LLC (collectively, the “Advisors”), the external advisor and management companies to Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT, Inc., and Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II, Inc., respectively.
